HAS Seasonal Maintenance Program

This portion of the HomeCare program is designed to keep your home’s main components in good operating condition. HAS defines maintenance as the regular adjusting, tightening, cleaning, lubricating and observation needed to keep a component operational and to achieve its intended design life.

HAS Home Inspection

This is the first component of the HomeCare program and is designed to identify and record vital information about your home and its main components.

Item descriptions, model #s, conditions etc. as well as the overall condition and construction of your home is recorded in our proprietary database. This allows us to create and present a customized plan for the future care and well-being of your home

All repair and special project work requires some level of “Project Management” such as troubleshooting, designing, scheduling and quality control, among others. A projects’ requirement for management can range from a simple phone call to arrange a subcontractor, all the way to long-term, on-site supervision of the work. The level needed is determined by the complexity of the project as well as your particular needs or desires.

Most homes, new or old, have problems that need repair. Our job is to identify them quickly and, once identified, propose a plan of action for your approval.

From time to time, you might request “special projects” that can range from installing a new appliance to remodeling a bathroom. HAS has the staff, the resources and the experience to handle virtually any project you might need.
